WELCOME TO THE NEXT GENERATION OF ONLINE BANKING SERVICES

As of November 18, 2013 we upgraded many of our online banking services. Below are some helpful videos and other important news related to our enhanced services.

IMPORTANT:

If you have a User ID beginning with 7094, or if the user ID is less than six characters, you will be asked to choose a new User ID at first log in.

Passwords will be reset to the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING SERVICES

Online Banking Users

Client First time log on:

  • User ID: Enter your current User ID.  If your User ID begins with 7094 or has less than six characters, you will be asked to update your User ID.
  • Password: Enter the last four digits of your social security number
  • The system will automatically ask you to change your Password.
  • Your password must be alphanumeric and have a minimum of 8 characters.
  • Then you will be asked to complete the Security Enrollment form.

Retail Online Banking

All of your account history will be available in the new system. Once you've logged on to the new system, make sure all of your accounts are displayed, and make sure your personal information and preferences are set up properly. Please note that any eAlerts you've set up in the old system will not be available in the new online banking system.

Setting up your eAlerts:

  • It's easy to set up your eAlerts and new options will be available - just click on the megaphone icon at the top of the home page.

It's a good time to sign up to receive eStatements, rather than paper statements.

Bill Pay Users

We’ve upgraded our Bill Pay service.  All of your existing payees and scheduled payments will transfer to our new system, however your bill pay history will not transfer.  Be sure to save any important bill pay history before November 18.

Our new Bill Pay service has a number of exciting new features, including eBills and an updated payment method.  eBills allow you to receive a copy of your bill from select billers directly within online banking – making it a breeze to review your bill and make a payment.  Additionally, our updated payment method means you choose what day you want your payment to arrive at the biller – no more guessing about when to send your payment!

Business Online Banking Customers

Client First time log on:

Business Online Banking

VASCO GO3 Tokens

  • Depending on the services they use, some business users will receive a security token for additional protection whenever funds are moved.
  • Tokens are small, connectionless devices that generate a one-time password to use each time a client issues an ACH or Wire transaction.
  • Tokens will be mailed to our business clients with instructions prior to the November 18 upgrade date.
  • During first-time log on to the new system, users will automatically be directed to activate their token.
  • Each time a user submits an ACH or wire transfer, a one-time password will be required to complete the transaction.
  • The one-time password is generated from the token

Business Online Banking

Bill Pay Customers

FEES AND ENROLLMENT

eStatements

  • eStatements are free.
  • You must be enrolled for online banking.
  • Select the Options tab from online banking to enroll.

Business Bill Pay

  • Current bill pay customers are already enrolled.
  • New customers, contact us to enroll.
  • Our Business Bill Pay service is free.
