Cyndi A. Eber is the VP and Mortgage Loan Officer at Pinnacle Bank, bringing 38 years of mortgage expertise to the team. 

Cyndi’s journey into the mortgage industry began unexpectedly when, during her own home purchase in 1986, the loan officer recognized her potential and offered her a job. 

Cyndi specializes in all types of mortgage loans, with a passion for helping clients—especially first-time homebuyers—navigate the process with confidence. She is an active member of the community, serving on the board of the Sales and Marketing Committee for the Homebuilders Association of Aiken/Augusta and as part of the Ambassadors Committee for the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce.

When she’s not working, Cyndi enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, boating and kayaking.
