You may begin using them Monday, December 6. Discontinue using your Liberty First Bank check by January 31. Merchants may not accept your Liberty First Bank checks after Monday, December 6.

Debit Card

You will receive your new Pinnacle Bank MasterCard® Debit Card the week of November 22. Please follow the instructions provided with this card to activate as soon as you receive it. You can begin using it Saturday, December 4.

Don’t forget to destroy your Liberty First Bank card. If you don’t receive a card, please visit the branch beginning Monday, December 6 to receive a new one. Pinnacle Bank will instantly issue you a new Debit Card.

You can continue to use your Liberty First Debit Card Friday, December 3, through Monday, December 6, at 9 AM. But you may also activate your Pinnacle Bank card now and begin using it beginning Saturday, Dec. 4.

Due to our systems transition during the weekend of December 4 through December 6 at 9 AM, you can use the ATM but you will not be able to check your account balance and transactions will not immediately post to your account. Please keep track of your balance, debit card usage and any other outstanding items on your account.

On Monday, December 6, the Pinnacle Bank ATM/Pinny Teller will be available for use in the afternoon. Please feel free to use the ATM/Pinny Teller at Pinnacle Bank Broad Street or any other Pinnacle location.

Online Banking

Pinnacle Bank has Online Banking and a Mobile App. If you have Online Banking with Liberty First Bank, please don’t enroll in Pinnacle Bank Online Banking, including Bill Pay. We will do that for you and it will be accessible at noon on Monday, December 6.

Here is some important information for you:

Online Banking Sign-In – When you sign in at noon on Monday, December 6, your User ID is the same one you have with Liberty First Bank. Your temporary password is PB plus the last four digits of your social security number with no spaces EX: PB1234.

Liberty First Bank Bill Pay  – You can no longer use it after 4 PM on Thursday, December 2. If you have a bill being paid on December 3–6, you should already have it in the Bill Pay system before December 2 and dated for payment on December 2.

Liberty First Bank – You can no longer use Liberty First Bank Online Banking after 5 PM on Friday, December 3. If you have Liberty First Bank set up as a payee at any bank, you must change the name to Pinnacle Bank as of Saturday, December 4 for those payments to go through.

Liberty First systems will change to Pinnacle Bank systems this weekend.

Your Liberty First eStatements will be available to you through your new online banking services once our image conversion is completed.  If you have an immediate need, please email LibertyFirst@pinnaclebank.com and a team member will assist in a timely manner.  Please do not list account numbers but include your name, phone number and email address and someone will respond to your request. Your request will be fulfilled within 30 days.

Your other option is to go into Online Banking before Friday at 5PM on December 3 and save your eStatements.

24-Hour telephone banking lets you access a wide range of banking services just by entering your personal access numbers from any phone. When you call in for the first time, you will enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number as the PIN. Then you will be in the system and prompted on how to reset the PIN. Will I have to get new checks?

Yes. Consumers will receive by mail a book of starter Pinnacle Bank checks. Beginning Monday, December 6, businesses can stop by the branch to order new checks. You will receive a $25 credit toward the purchase of Pinnacle Bank business checks.

Will I need a new ATM/Debit Card?

Yes. You will be mailed your new MasterCard® Debit Card. When you receive the card, follow the included instructions giving you a number to call to activate the card as soon as you receive it. You can begin using it Saturday, December 4.

Will Pinnacle Bank have an ATM at the former Liberty First Bank?

Pinnacle will have an ATM/Live Pinny Teller at this branch. The existing Liberty ATM will work through the weekend of December 3–5. Beginning Monday, December 6, begin using the Pinnacle ATM. Remember to activate your new debit card beginning Saturday, December 4. 

If I have a question regarding my account will I be able to contact my local banking office?

There will be a Customer Service Center number you can call to assist you through this transition: 770.267.8343. You may call Saturday, December 4, from 8 AM – 3 PM. Starting Monday, December. 6, you may use this number from 8 AM – 5 PM each business day.

How long will Liberty First Mobile Banking be available?

If you use the Liberty First Mobile App, here are some important dates for you:

Bill Pay through the Mobile App will no longer be available as of 4 PM on Thursday, December 2.

Mobile Remote Deposit Capture will no longer  be available as of 6 PM on Thursday, December 2.

The Mobile App will no longer be available in the App Store  as of 6 PM on Friday, December 3.

During the first week of December, you will receive your final Liberty First Bank statement, and you will receive your first Pinnacle Bank statement at the end of December.

Treasury Management

Please read through this important information regarding the weekend of Friday, December 3, through Monday, December 6, when Liberty First systems convert to Pinnacle Bank systems.

ACH Origination – Liberty First files can be originated until 5 PM on Friday, December 3. Files with an effective date after Monday, December 6, should be originated from the Pinnacle Bank system. Templates will not carry over, but the Pinnacle Bank Treasury Management Team will work directly with you to assist in building ACH templates as well as ensuring ACH origination is active as soon as possible following conversion weekend.

Merchant Capture – Liberty First Remote Deposit can be utilized until 6 PM on Thursday, December 2. On Friday, December 3, if deposits need to be made you should come to a branch. The Pinnacle Bank Treasury Management Team will work with you directly to uninstall scanner drivers and reinstall drivers compatible with Pinnacle Bank’s Merchant Capture system and the Remote Deposit check scanning machine.
