Text Banking

Use Pinnacle Bank’s Text Banking to easily and instantly request information about your accounts. No smartphone required! If you are already enrolled as an online banking user and would like to sign up for Text Banking, simply login to online banking and choose Profile » Mobile Banking » Manage Devices » Add New Devices » Other Services.

Once enrolled, by texting simple commands to 31727 you can:

• View account balances
• Review last 5 transactions
• Receive alerts related to transfers and bill payments

Pinnacle Bank (31727) with any of these commands:

• BAL = All Account Balances
• BAL ACCT NAME = Single Account Balance
  *Example: BAL checking
• HIST = Recent Activity for all Accounts
• HIST ACCT NAME = Single Account Activity
• BAL ACCT NAME = Single Account Balance
• HIST = Recent Activity for all Accounts
  *Example: HIST checking
• HELP = Commands
• STOP = Cancel

Fraud Alert

With our real-time alerts, monitoring your account activity is easy. You can get notifications regarding balance drops, deposits, and debit card use so you can spot signs of fraudulent activity. At any time, add or remove as many alerts as you need.
